Stamford is also where she first trained in guided meditation and Therapeutic Touch. She then moved to California, where she was case manager/staff nurse, then nurse manager at a large dynamic family health center, where Ishealso oversaw OB nurses and staff. She left that job and soon got pregnant (cool story, she is always happy to tell! ), and began studying energy therapeutics, and for her Masters and ordination in metaphysical sciences, with a focus on meditation and energy work in stress management. She am now working on a PhD of Holistic Health with a focus on balanced self care, and is also a Reiki Master Teacher.
